A stamp card that lives on their phone.
Stamps or points, your reward, your threshold. The card is a page in their account on your own domain — no app to download. Staff add a stamp from their own login, a second scan on the same visit is refused, and every stamp knows who gave it.
Included on Business. One of your picks on Standard.
Stamps or points
Ten stamps for a coffee, or call them points. Your call.
Stamps or points is the word on the card, not a different count: either way it is one per visit and a reward at a threshold you set. Pick the word, name the reward, set the number. Everything else — the card, the scan, the count — is the same underneath.
One earn per visit, thirty minutes by default. A second scan inside the window is refused rather than counted, which is the only reason a stamp card survives a busy Saturday.
Offers
A double-stamp Tuesday that ends itself, and never multiply.
Double stamps on your quiet Tuesday. You tick the days it runs, the counter applies it on those days and not the others, and it stops on its own — nobody has to remember to end it. A free treatment at ten and a percentage off above a spend sit on the same card, but those two you switch off yourself.
When two offers overlap, the bigger one wins. A double-stamp Tuesday inside a triple-stamp launch week gives three, not six — which is the difference between a promotion and a bill.
Who gives the stamp
Every stamp knows who gave it, so nobody has to work it out on Monday.
Staff add stamps from their own login on their own phone — not a shared password on the till. The stamp records who gave it and when, and a stamp that should not have been given can be traced without an argument.
Their own login
Each member of staff signs in as themselves, on their own phone, through a staff app that is separate from your dashboard. You can switch any of them off without touching anyone else.
One earn, one window
The refusal is deliberate and visible — the customer sees “not counted”, and so does the dashboard. Nothing is quietly absorbed.
Traced, not argued
Every stamp carries a name and a time. When the count looks wrong on Monday, you look at the log instead of asking the room.
How you get it
On Business, or one of your picks
Included on Business, and a tool you pick on Standard.
Loyalty is built on User accounts — the card is a page inside your customer's account, so both tools are switched on for your project together.
