What does it cost, and when do I pay?
One price per package, agreed before anything starts: Starter $400, Growth $750, Professional $1,500. Custom is quoted. Nothing is charged until you agree to the quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. An optional $150 priority deposit holds your place in the build queue. It's refundable in full until work starts, and comes off your final invoice. Without it, we still reply within one business day.
How long does a build take?
You choose the timing you'd like in the brief. Our reply, within one business day, comes with the package that fits and a fixed price, before anything is paid.
Do I see the design before you build it?
Yes. We show you the design first, and build only once you've approved it.
What if I need more than my package?
Each extra page is $50 and each extra beyond the package is $75. Your quote shows every price first, and the next package is often cheaper.
What happens once it's live?
It runs on your Helm plan, and the first month is free. You change text, photos and prices yourself from your dashboard, any time.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or buy a new one from your dashboard in a couple of clicks. Renewals are handled there too.
