The week between sessions
is where the work actually happens.
A plan your client opens in their own account, and a thread you both write in for the six days you are not in the room together. Both kept, both attached to them.
Example check-in thread
What a check-in carries
The thread
Written by both of you, and it remembers who read what.
Each message records who wrote it and whether the other person has read it. That is the difference between “I sent that” and “you saw that”, and it is the argument nobody wants to have in week nine.
The thread is kept, so you can look back at what you actually agreed in week two rather than reconstructing it from a scroll through a chat app.
The plan they see is the one you published
Example — a plan, versioned
The plan
Draft it while they read the version before it.
A plan is versioned and has its own published state, so you can rewrite week nine while your client is still reading week eight without them seeing a half-finished draft.
They open it in their account on your domain. No PDF attached to an email that nobody can find in March, and no separate app to explain.
Example — one member, everything you need before a call
One member
Everything before a call, on one screen.
Everything about one person on one screen, so the two minutes before a session are reading rather than searching.
Access is an entitlement, so when someone stops paying they stop seeing the plan — without you removing anybody from anything by hand.
How you get it
It is already on when you get the dashboard
This one is not on a checkout page, and you do not have to ask for it. Module flags are set while your dashboard is being built — if the site needs it, it is switched on before you ever log in. Nothing extra on your plan, and nothing to request.
If you coach, it is switched on during setup and brings user accounts and the offerings catalogue with it, because a plan belongs to somebody and access has to come from somewhere.
Before you start
What this does not do, said now rather than later.
No video calls or scheduling
Plans and check-ins. Booking the session is PT sessions if you sell blocks, and the call itself happens wherever you already do it.
No exercise or nutrition library
A plan is rich text you write. There is no database of movements to drag in, and nothing calculates macros.
No notifications
Helm does not email your client when you update the plan. They see it when they open it, which for a weekly programme is usually enough.
Getting started
Tell us how you coach, and we will shape it around that.
Switched on per account rather than bought. Plans start at $20 a month.
