A request inbox,
not a reservation system.
People ask for a date on your own site. It lands as pending, you confirm or decline, and they are told either way. No commission, no third-party app, and no calendar pretending to know what is free.
Example inbox — two people, one Saturday, your call
Read this first
Two people can ask for the same Saturday.
There is no live availability, no capacity and no double-booking guard. That is a design decision and it is the wrong tool for some businesses.
What it does not do
Hold inventory against a date. Nothing here knows the Loft is taken on the 14th until you say so, and nothing stops a second person asking.
Who that is fine for
A room one person runs, a salon chair, a studio, a table. Somebody who already knows the diary and needs the asking to arrive somewhere sensible.
Who should look elsewhere
A restaurant needing live table availability, or anything where a slot must be locked the instant it is taken. Better to know now than in week two.
Example request
What arrives
A person with a date, and a reference to quote back.
Every request carries a name, a contact, which space, the date they want and whatever they wrote. It gets a reference, and it records who answered it and when.
That last part settles the argument the day two of you both thought the other had replied — which is a real thing that happens and is worth a column in a database.
What the config actually controls
The replies
Written by you, sent by us.
The confirm and decline emails are yours to write, not templates with your logo dropped in. A decline in your own words is the difference between somebody trying again next month and somebody not.
Spam protection is opt-in per project rather than always on, because a form with three requests a month does not need a challenge in front of it and every challenge costs you a few real people.
Example spaces
More than one room
Each with its own history, and its own off switch.
If you let more than one room, each request names which. Each space has its own history, so you can see the Studio has had one enquiry this week and the Loft has had three.
A space can be switched off out of season without deleting it or losing what it has already taken.
How you get it
It is already on when you get the dashboard
This one is not on a checkout page, and you do not have to ask for it. Module flags are set while your dashboard is being built — if the site needs it, it is switched on before you ever log in. Nothing extra on your plan, and nothing to request.
Bookings opens a public write endpoint on your site, so it is enabled per account rather than left armed for everyone. If your site takes bookings, that happens during setup and it is on before your first login.
Getting started
Tell us what people ask you for, and we will put the asking somewhere.
Switched on per account rather than bought. Plans start at $20 a month.
