Module · Audits

Your website is half the score.
Your Google listing is the other half.

An audit that looks where customers actually look — your pages, your Google Business profile and your social presence — scores all of it out of a hundred, and hands you a PDF with the specific things to fix.

Included on Standard and Business. Not sold separately.

The real weighting, from the scorer

The part most audits miss

A perfect site does not rank a business nobody reviewed.

Twenty-five of the hundred points are your Google Business listing, weighted the same as your site speed. Most website audits do not look at it at all.

How many reviews5 pts
How recent the last one is5 pts
Photographs on the listing5 pts
Opening hours filled in5 pts

Example — Google presence, 15 of 25

Recency counts, not just volume

Forty reviews from three years ago score worse than twelve from this quarter. The audit reads when the last one landed, because that is what a customer sees first.

Photographs are a scored line

A listing with no pictures loses points. It is the cheapest thing on this list to fix and the one most often left undone.

Social is checked too

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, each read as active, inactive or missing. An account posted to twice in 2024 is not the same as no account, and it does not score the same.

Example — SEO health, 14 of 20

SEO health

Twenty points, and nine of them are yes or no.

Nine yes-or-no checks, each worth its own points. Not a letter grade and not an opinion — either the page has a canonical link or it does not.

Two of these catch things people rarely look for: more than one h1 on a page, and alt text coverage below eighty percent. Both are ordinary, both cost points, and neither shows up in a browser.

Example — the mobile score is the one that counts

Speed

Measured on a phone, because that is where they are.

Speed is measured with Google's own PageSpeed engine, so the number is the same one anyone else checking your site will see rather than a score we invented.

The score that counts toward the hundred is the mobile one, because that is where the customers are. A site that is fast on a desktop and slow on a phone scores as slow, which is the honest answer.

No website at all

The audit still runs, and the number is the argument.

A gap analysis scores a business that has a Google listing and no site. Performance and SEO come out at zero, which is not a failure of the tool.

Four kinds of audit

Standard, competitor, client and gap analysis. The same scorer runs all four, so a business and the competitor it worries about are measured identically.

A competitor audit is the same audit

Point it at somebody else's business and it reads their listing, their reviews and their site with the same weights. No special pleading in either direction.

It arrives as a PDF

Generated, scored, and sent — something you can forward to a partner rather than a dashboard they would have to log into.

How you get it

Included from Standard

Not sold separately — it comes with the plan, so there is no upsell waiting behind the report.

Audits comes with Standard and Business. There is deliberately no way to buy it on its own, which means nothing in the report is an upsell for the next thing.

Before you start

What this does not do, said now rather than later.

It does not score accessibility

Despite what a summary elsewhere may say. The PageSpeed call reads the performance category only. Accessibility is worth checking and this is not the thing that checks it.

It reports; it does not repair

The report names what is wrong and what it costs you in points. Fixing it is a change to your site or your listing, which is still work somebody does.

An automated check is not a review

It finds the measurable problems. It cannot tell you your homepage explains the wrong thing to the wrong person, which is usually the more expensive issue.
